The online sale of the products presented on this site is reserved for orders that can be delivered in the geographic areas defined by Soin Au Naturel

Unless otherwise instructed by the buyer, the products are delivered to the delivery address indicated on the online order form.

Soin Au Naturel offers several delivery options.

The buyer bears transport costs, established according to the amount of the order and the carrier's prices in force.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier. They are generally 2 to 5 working days. Orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of payment within 24 to 72 hours (working days) regardless of the payment method chosen. In the event of payment by check or bank transfer, delivery times run accordingly.

Delivery incidents

In the event of a parcel being returned to the sender following an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details or a claim not being made to a parcel at a relay point, Soin Au Naturel cannot be held responsible for the which will be the recipient to receive his order. Soin Au Naturel declines any responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, as well as in case of loss or theft of products.

Any package declared to be delivered by the carrier no longer engages the responsibility of Soin Au Naturel, even in the event of non-receipt by the buyer. Soin Au Naturel will not be required to return an identical package. The buyer must file a complaint with the carrier.

However, any delay in delivery must be reported to Soin Au Naturel, which will then contact the transporter to request an inquiry.

All packages leave the Soin Au Naturel premises in perfect condition. The buyer is required to check the condition of the package upon arrival and must inform the transporter of any anomaly (traces of impact, crushing, holes, etc.), and REFUSE it, if necessary. He then has 48 hours to issue any reservations on the package received (damaged package, broken products, etc.) from the carrier and Soin Au Naturel. Soin Au Naturel disclaims all responsibility for damaged packages, broken products, etc. during transport. If a damaged package is accepted without reservation, it cannot be the subject of a complaint with Soin Au Naturel.
