Protection of personal data

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the processing of personal information relating to buyers is the subject of a declaration to the National Commission for Data Protection (CNIL). Soin Au Naturel is committed to protecting the personal data of site buyers. This data will never be communicated to a third party without the prior consent of the buyer. The buyer has at any time (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him, which he can exercise by contacting Soin Au Naturel by email or post.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Soin Au Naturel site (images, logos, texts ...) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Soin Au Naturel. Any reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of these elements, even partially, without the prior agreement of Soin Au Naturel is strictly prohibited.

Information on online dispute resolution in accordance with art. 14 para. 1 of the RLL (Online Dispute Resolution):

The European Commission allows consumers to resolve online disputes on one of its platforms, in accordance with art. 14 para. 1 of the RLL. The platform ( https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng = EN ) acts as a site where consumers can try to settle out of court disputes arising from purchases of goods or services online.
