Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

The company Soin Au Naturel reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
Products

Payment

The buyer bears transport costs, established according to the amount of the order and the carrier's prices in force.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier. They are generally 2 to 5 working days. Orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of payment within 24 to 72 hours (working days) regardless of the payment method chosen. In the event of payment by check or bank transfer, delivery times run accordingly.
Delivery incidents
The information stated by the buyer, when placing an order commits him.
In the event of a parcel being returned to the sender following an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details or a non-complaint of a parcel at a relay point, Son Au Naturel cannot be held responsible for the impossibility which will be the recipient to receive his order. The buyer will have the possibility of requesting the reshipment of his order by paying new transport costs. Without manifestation on his part, he will be refunded the amount of his order excluding shipping costs incurred with the order, within thirty days from receipt of the return.
Soin Au Naturel declines any responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, as well as in case of loss or theft of products.
Any package declared delivered by the carrier no longer engages the responsibility of Soin Au Naturel, even in the event of non-receipt by the buyer. Soin Au Naturel will not be required to return an identical package. The buyer must file a complaint with the carrier.
However, any delay in delivery must be reported to Soin Au Naturel, which will then contact the transporter to request an inquiry.
All packages leave the Soin Au Naturel premises in perfect condition. The buyer is required to check the condition of the package upon arrival and must inform the transporter of any anomaly (traces of impact, crushing, holes, etc.), and REFUSE it, if necessary. He then has 48 hours to issue any reservations on the package received (damaged package, broken products, etc.) from the carrier and Soin Au Naturel. Damaged products are no longer the responsibility of Soin Au Naturel. If a damaged package is accepted without reservation, it cannot be the subject of a complaint with Soin AU Naturel. Are considered as force majeure discharging the seller from its obligation to deliver, fire, strikes, accidents, impossibility of being supplied.
Error in preparation and right of withdrawal
Any claim for error in the preparation of the package received (delivery error, missing products, non-conformity of products, etc.) must be made to Soin Au Naturel on the same day of delivery or, at the latest, first working day after delivery. Any claim not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and will release Soin Au Naturel from all responsibility towards the buyer.
Missing items will be returned free of charge to the buyer subject to availability.
Any product to be exchanged or reimbursed must be reported in advance to Soin Au Naturel customer service and returned in its entirety, with the accessories provided, in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale, to the next address Soin Au Naturel, 6 rue Pascal, 27000 Évreux. Any incomplete, opened, consumed or damaged product, or whose original packaging has been damaged or is missing, will not be refunded or exchanged.
In the event of a preparation error, the buyer must make a good return request to Soin Au Naturel customer service so as not to pay the return costs. No return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
After receipt and verification of the returned products, Soin Au Naturel will then proceed to either exchange them (reshipping costs chargeable to Soin Au Naturel in the event of a preparation error, chargeable to the buyer in the event of 'exercise of the right of withdrawal), or reimbursement (excluding shipping costs incurred when ordering, except in the event of a preparation error), within a maximum period of 15 days.
Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the Soin Au Naturel site and while stocks last. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, Soin Au Naturel will be responsible for informing you by email and will offer you either to cancel or modify your order.
Guarantee
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All complaints, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made by email within 7 days of delivery.

We make the condition that the parcel will be sent to us in the state in which you received it.
If the customer is not present during the delivery and does not collect it from the post within 19 days, the package is returned to Soin Au Naturel. In this case, Soin Au Naturel will return the package to the customer and the shipping costs for this second shipment will be borne by the customer, even if the post office has failed to leave a notice.
Responsibility
Soin Au Naturel's liability will be limited to the amount of the order.
Soin Au Naturel cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product due to force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular for services postal and means of transport and / or communications.
